Charles James
The company was set up by Charles E James who has over 12 years experience in working in the reseller channel with vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec and Oracle as well as other software related vendors. He spent time working in America and Europe forming working relationships in Spain, Italy, Germany, Holland, France and Ireland.He then moved on to specialize in Audit and compliance again forming alliances in the UK, Holland and Germany. He identified that while health and safety is a growing concern for all business the change in technology was not. 80% of all companies are still using some sort of paper system meaning their business is less effective, less efficient and costing more money.
Carla Thrower
Carla Thrower is our Business Development Director. Carla came to Blu Steel Solutions from a solid 10 year IT background. This experience also included a large period of time within IT Recruitment which lead to her being one of the East Anglian nominations in 2006 of most outstanding recruiter.Carla has also worked with a number of software vendors, also with many clients directly during her time at a leading software house in Cambridge. She has experience in developing business relationships within the United States and Europe. Carla brings a wealth of experience to Blu Steel Solutions and our customers.
